Sail racing progam for 2012 published

The 2012 racing program has been published and is bigger and better than ever. For all sailors of a strong disposition, the Brass Monkey Numb Finger I Want A Gluwein series starts on 2nd February at 13:00. Its a great chance to fit the ice breaker that you got in your Christmas stocking to the bow of your boat, don the winter gear (crampons and goggles optional). cast off and enjoy all that a full lake and -10 degrees can offer. Why not try out an Olympic sport in 2012?

In a bid to get more people sailing and involved in competitive sport in this Olympic year Burwain Sailing Club in east Lancashire will be offering more sailing courses during 2012. Courses for beginners will take place on Saturday mornings throughout the season. A course of four Saturdays will cost just £80. Follow on courses, club membership and race training also offered
