What to bring
There will be at least one break each session so please bring a snack or a packed lunch. If you have a wetsuit and wet-boots then please bring them, as well as something warm and a waterproof top. Otherwise please bring warm clothing, trainers which will probably get wet and a waterproof top.
2026 Prices and booking
Beginner and Improver sessions are open to all members, there is no need to book. However, we will be running a training WhatsApp group so that we can keep track of who we are expecting each week, and if necessary cancel training if it is too windy.
